Bad hotel with terrible experience

First time facing such bad experience in my life in last 15 years. First of all, no room key was given to the guest and asking to contact the staff to open our room every time we want. No wifi in rooms, no towels in bathroom, no electric kettle. furniture was old and damaged. bed was good enough. the reception staff was not interested and unfriendly, do not behave good.

Nice hotel for bussiness trip in the centre of Riyadh.

I've stayed in Brzeen for a week during my bussiness trip. It has a big rooms and friendly design. There are some small shops around. It is rather close to centre, and there are always some taxi nearby. The food is rather good, especially I enjoy Saudi Champagne.

1. They take all the towels and never replace it. I have to call every day to get them. Stupid. 2. They don't clean your room if you don't put your door sign (nice way to escape). 3. Beware of conman! One housekeeping staff, Jamal pretended to be nice only to ask me for SR100 and telling me that he don't have money to send to his hometown. BS! 4. Most of the staffs are not friendly and treat us like beggars staying in their father's hotel! 5. Food is horrible. Not to mention the super lazy waiters who don't even have the courtesy to offer us coffee or tea.

Nice Hotel Near the Eye Hospital

This is really a nice hotel for thouse who want to stay near the eye hospital. I had stayed in this hotel for 2 week due to my need to stay near my work place. I was working for Luthan hotel and spa and had to stay here. This is like a suite rooms, it had option for breakfast. I use to have my breakfast there, it is OK also. The suite rooms are big and nice. Only free to air channels are available in the rooms. The internet is free, but need to get the coupon always as the coupon is only for a day. The food option are only few around the hotel, there is pizza in and one turkey restaurant for food. Hope this information helps.
